Tyre Guys offers two modes of fulfilment:

  • Pickup or tyre fitment at a Fitment Partner location

  • Shipping to your home, office, or selected Fitment Partner location

Pickup or fitment orders may take approximately 4 to 48 hours before the items can be provisioned.

Shipped orders may take approximately 1 to 6 days to reach you.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to circumstances outside our control, including delays by shipping or delivery companies.

Tyre Guys will work with the relevant shipping company to resolve delivery issues at the earliest reasonably possible opportunity.

Fitment

Where fitment is selected, the service will be provided through the selected Fitment Partner location, subject to its availability and operating conditions.

Customers are responsible for providing correct vehicle information and selecting the appropriate products.

Cancellations, Returns and Refunds

All cancellations, returns, replacements, and refunds are subject to our Refund & Return Policy.

Tyre Guys may require additional information, photographs, inspection, or other verification before approving a return, replacement, or refund.
